La chanteuse Rutshelle Guillaume, malgré l’incident de samedi dernier avec le promoteur David Dorvilier a quand même honoré son contrat à Paris. « On a accusé beaucoup de retard, car le show était prévu pour 22 heures. Rutshelle est arrivée vers 2h30 », a affirmé David Dorvilier lors d’une interview réalisée par Konpa Event.

Je tenais vraiment à ce qu’elle joue à Paris en full band. C’est une chanteuse bourrée de talents. Une artiste que j’apprécie », indique-t-il. David Dorvilier précise d’autre part, avoir réévalué à 2 reprises le contrat qu’il proposait à Rutshelle. « Il y a eu un premier contrat avec Kénia, l’un de ses managers, basée en Amérique. Lequel ne me convenait pas, donc, je l’ai résilié. Après j’ai proposé à celle-ci de me référer à l’un de ses représentants habitant Paris, pour proposer un nouveau contrat répondant aux normes de la législation française », explique-t-il.

Frais de déplacement, assurance, frais d’hôtel, le promoteur dit s’en être chargé de tout. « Le contrat stipulait que je m’assurerait du logement, des frais de déplacement, de nourriture, etc. Ce que j’ai respecté à la lettre », fait-il savoir. À en juger par les propos de M. Dorvilier, le camp de Rutshelle est à blâmer. « Le 28 novembre 2017, j’ai fait en sorte à ce que tous les documents nécessaires leur parviennent. Contrat de travail, autorisation pour l’obtention du visa, etc. »

« Pour les billets, j’ai fait les réservations depuis le 25 novembre. De leur côté, il ne leur restait pas grand-chose à faire. Sinon, aller à l’ambassade et obtenir leurs visas. Pourtant, trois des musiciens n’y ont été que 2 ou 3 jours avant la date prévue pour leur vol. Ce qui devenait compliqué de leur délivrer les billets à temps. De fait, ils ont raté leur vol », poursuit-il. Voulant à tout prix que la voix de Dènye wòn se produise à Paris, le promoteur, dit avoir lutté bec et ongles. « J’ai donc demandé à Air Caraïbes, de me trouver un vol pour Paris partant de la République Dominicaine. Ce qu’ils ont encore raté. »

Si David Dorvilier dit respecté toutes les clauses du contrat liant son entreprise avec Rutshelle Guillaume, cette dernière, de son côté, prétend le contraire dans une interview accordée à Ticket.
